How your exam data is used

Your institution is responsible for your exam data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The AiSquare platform processes it on their behalf.

During this exam we record: your answers and when you gave them; when you started and submitted; the device, browser and IP address you used; and when your connection dropped or changed.

This data is used only to run the exam, to work out and check your result, and to answer questions about your attempt. Your attempt and answers are kept for 3 years and the record of your session for 1 year, then deleted.

To see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, contact your institution. Withdrawing consent does not undo an exam you have already taken.
